After finishing his undergraduate and medical school training, Dr. Waleed completed his urology residency at Salmaniya Medical Complex Hospital in Bahrain.
Dr. Waleed pursued his higher postgraduate training with the worlds most renowned surgeons in the UK and USA. Dr. Waleed is Board Certified by the European and Arab Board of Urology and a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
He is a member of the European Urologic Association and many other international professional associations. In addition to general urology, Dr. Waleed specializes in prostate disease, stone disease and urological cancers.
